   If you have problems with your desired hairstyle clipping through your head decrease the forehead depth in the Head section of the race menu.

   i have only like 5 or 6 hairstyles how can i change them to others?

      I've noticed that this bug does occur sometimes. I believe it's a problem with either RaceMenu or CotR. How I got around it was to change my race, change it back, and then reload the preset. I had to do this a lot while going through the 900 hairstyles I have installed and it worked every time.
