Because that means every body and armor mesh would need to be modified to support it. And that is helluva work. Now immagine if you had installed lots of custom armors... who would make all the mod authors to implement it?
If we can make request, could you make a version which removes all the other deathblows for swords and leaves only decapitation? Or could you tell me where is the setting to change in the creation kit?
doesn't seem to work with me...I installed it to the data folder, made sure it was activated both in the data files bit of the launcher and nexus mod manager, and I"ve killed at least 50 people now since installing and not one of them was decapitation .... or any other kill move for that matter.
