I love the colors you use :3 just 2 things: 1-can we have the marble floor version for this multi-kid too? 2- the only critic I have is that some places look a bit empty. Try adding some misc stuff ( I see you have already improved in that regard from past mods, keep on it!!): ingredients, toys, whatever. It really helps making the place feel more lived in and with your warm textures and nice furniture this could be the cozier houses overhaul series there is!
I downloaded the update and so far after one real time day, things are working fine (You may want to link the update on the description page of this mod)
I initially had problems ON MY END OF THINGS, as the steward would not sell me the children's room but I managed to add it by console command ( prid xx004189 then enter then enable and then enter) and then I disabled the wall that was added by the vanilla children's room that blocked the doorway in your mod by prid xx00418A then enter then disable then enter ( Jax Positionary could probably remove the blocking vanilla wall as well )
Using Jax Positioner, I added crafting stations to the area that has the alchemy table and if I wanted a smelter, I would just add it to the patio on the south side of the house.
Just as a suggestion, you may want to consider deepening the pool so that it can be used by followers for swimming with some activators in the pool itself and adding a mesh so that the water in the pool fills the pool for immersion purposes.
