I like the idea of this mod, unfortunately, I use PerkUp! mod, which does pretty much the same thing. as I am a RP player, I needed such mod, and I'm happy to see other players like the same way of playing the game. Your mod is just above in terms of levels, as it adds 15 levels of mastery, against only 10 for PerkUp! so yeah it's usefull for people who love more damage, but not the others additions. Personaly, I love to have the choice to specialize where I want, so it's not the mod I'd choose. But I would recommand it to any player who wants to play a better combat gameplay.

Would it be possible to do an add-on type mod that does what this mod does but for ordinator?

      Yes.
If you ask ME to do it, then no. One of the three versions is already an "add-on" type mod: The OnlyMasteryPerks-version adds only the Weapon Mastery Perks. This should be compatible out of the box. --> WRONG! Even the Mastery Perks only version will be incompatible. Patches will definitely be necessary. Sorry for the wrong information. I've updated the description and the readme.

The additional ranks of armsman, barbarian and overdraw should not be independent from the vanilla perks, like the Weapon Mastery Perks are. To combine the new ranks of armsman, barbarian and overdraw with Ordinator, a handmade patch would definitely be necessary.
The weapon mastery perks simply add a fixed number to the base damage. But the armsman, barbarian and overdraw perks work as multipliers, which means, if you put my 10 new ranks of armsman, barbarian and overdraw in the perk tree beside the vanilla perks (I don't know how they are called in Ordinator), instead of combining them, then the multipliers of both perk types would STACK, instead of replacing each other. Multiplier perks should always OVERWRITE each other and not STACK, otherwise you would get insanely high damage output, which makes the game very boring. Example: In the vanilla game Armsman Rank 4 OVERWRITES Armsman Rank 3. If Armsman Rank 4 would STACK with Rank 3, then the resulting damage output would be far too high. It must be done in the Creation Kit, to tell each perk, which one has to overwrite the other one.

Also for the bleeding and critical hit perks a handmade patch would be necessary.
I have Ordinator, but I never play with it. When I played with Ordinator my game crashed more often. I believe that Ordinator uses a lot of scripts, meaning if you have a lot of perks, the game engine is more stressed. I prefer the vanilla perks.

Sorry for the wrong information I gave you in my older answer. I've edited this, the description and the readme. None of the versions is compatible, as I stated before. All versions need compability patches to work with other mods, that change perk trees.
