      Thank you)) but I'm already a little ahead
      At first I just confused the Winterhold with Windhelm
      
      However, in Winterhold happens all the bugs in the game, causing the game to crash to desktop.
      I had to go in creation kit and remove Tetsuo his clothes all equipment.
      Only then could I find him.

      I hope I'm not the only one who has thought about replacing the Fus Ro Dah sounds with Kaneda or Tetsuo screaming each other's name. XD
