Just verify local files doesn't always work. I have a save game bug that when the game starts my characters' Hair is gone, skin textures are different colors, armor and weapons are all missing in character inventory. I have done the verify local files several times. I have tried different characters, even made new characters to test the bug, sure enough after the first save after creation the same result occurs in entirety. Once I had thought I fixed the problem. played a character for two days without the bug happening, the third day..... boom, Character naked, no hair, skin color messed up, no armor or weapons in inventory. :( Oh.... and the character usually winds up in the sleeping Giant Inn, no matter where they were at the time of the save.
