Aside from witchhunter spell pack, this was the only other mod with spells mapped to the power button that I could find. Been using this mod for a while and i really like it, it has become pretty essential to my mod list. Very cool mod!! Thank you for this!!
it would be very nice if you add Great enchant lesser power just like in colorful magic that cast spell on power attack but for two handed weapon and bow.
Ordinator included that in the enchanting tree. However, I'm not sure whether that requires custom scripts, might not be available for console players.
i mean, there are spells at colorful magic mod where you can enchant your one handed sword with flashy effect magic right? i wanna use them with greatsword or bow for melee elemental magic user or arcane archer that can swap elements anytime. well actually i can do that with spellring and skyUI but the effect is not as long as my greatsword. it would be great addition for arcane swordman build if you make a lesser power that enchant weapon with flashy magic like in colorful magic does.
and with great enchant spell in colorful magic we can swap the spell mid fight like when i enchant my sword with fire the strong attack cast fire and ice cast icy spells etc.
Okay. I'll research about it. However, I can not guarantee implementation. As I'm struggling with over 20 real life projects. I know, it sounds ridiculous. Welcome to the world of starving general public.
Hi, TmaxCreation! Can I ask some questions, please?
1. How these powers can be obtained in the game? Is there some immersive way to develop your character and get more an more of them?
2. I understand, that the powers system is a workaround to add new type of powers/magic combo and maintain the compatibility with the perk overhauls, but can these powers be used by NPCs? Is there any immersive way to explain these powers for those who like to role play, not just fight for fun with big bosses using different ways? Notice: please don't get this question as reproach, because the English language is not native to me. I just want suggest you to add some books in the game to explain them, maybe.
3. I clearly see that this mod is very nice for those who playing on legendary difficulty where the enemy healthbars are huge and base damage dealt by the player is lowered. But how about those who playing with hardcore/realistic damage mods (several hits to kill a humanoid enemy), like Requiem or other combat overhaul mods? can you confirm that this mod is balanced enough fo realistic/hardcore damage combat from both sides (PC and NPC)?
1. Purchase from merchants at Dragonsreach or High Hrothgar. More powerful vanilla powers are associated with quests and factions(see descriptions).Future versions will have power upgrades, which require you to roleplay and gather resources.
2. An enemy overhaul is being developed. They will use similar powers from this mod. I'll add a book for you in future versions.
3. Realistic damage will benefit powers from this mod more, as currently lots of stamina powers' damage are relatively low compared to endgame weapon attacks. The powers in this mod, have very similar damage as those in spell mods like Apocalypse. The balance is just the same as all popular mods out there. Further balancing will be implemented based upon user feedbacks.
Thank you for your answer! Again, I want apologize if any sentences "sounded" weird or reproachfully - English is not native to me. The future of this project you mentioned is incredible! I will definitely endorse and vote for your mod to support the development!
I'm looking forward to seeing where this mod is going. I felt like Skyrim really needs more powers that aren't spells or shouts to mix up play styles a bit.
You will have power upgrades in later versions for most stamina based powers. For magicka based powers, they usually benefit from magic trees and enchantments. So, you can still have powerful spells with low costs.
This looks interesting. I love Colorful Magic and Arcanum-like mods (or simply any spell mods with fancy and unique effects). Will surely look forward into it.
Btw for the speed buff/debuff issue (i assume this is movement speed, right? not attack speed?), this mod might help you to fix the issue: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/94541

Only downside is the partly high costs for the spells.
Also please do a version without any costs. For fun purposes. :D
