Nice idea) But i stiil take damage while blocking arrow, i learn the perk, but my character still don't want to deflect arrows, maybe i do something wrong? Edit: I was wrong, my character don't recieve damage, but with deflect arrow game register hit on my character and the blood splatters shows up around him. I have enhaced blood installed, maybe this a mod conflict?
I imagine that in the description you mean that it is compatible, or is this mod not compatible with any mod? “It just simple script, so this mod does not seem to be compatible with other mods”
Main thing I would use an MCM for it changing what it can block. E.g., I don't think Shouts should be blockable, because they hit you as a wave. But simple projectiles like ice bolts should be deflectable. Would also be nice to have a block percentile chance. I don't think I should be able to block every single arrow for an hour, but rather be able to block some of them, based on my block skill.
Idea is good. But There is a big mistake in this mod. That's because the motion that is hit when blocking is used as it is. When blocking the arrows or single blow magic, it's okay because motion comes out for a while. However, blocking the continuous magic will cause the player to fall into a symptom close to paralysis with a crazy repeated blocking sound. In the video example, why the shield defense and continuous magic defense are not shown? Have you tested it?
Chill acone93, this issue totally breaks the gameplay, and is reproducible. Would be nice to investigate about it. I think the best alternative is to use The Wizzard Warrior with Wards Functionnality Extended and bind a ward to be channeled while blocking.
For clarity: 'Meshes\actors\character\animations'- is that a path (which I assume) or does it simply mean that the animation file can be placed in any of the mentioned folders?
Also: If Vortex is used to download the optional file, will it place it there?
Hi I've been looking forever for a mod like this. Sadely my laptop had aged and can no longer run skyrim so I'm stuck with the Xbox for now. I realise this mah kot be possible depending on the scripts but would it be possible to port this over to Xbox?
