Use NMM or MO or directly d&d to your Skyrim/data folder.
Detail
・You can find it in the chest behind their house. (Dark Water crossing)
・Chest will respawn.
・Not craftable. Can upgrade.
・In default, equipment is built in zero slider shape. So you should build to your favorite body style with Bodyslide.
・Only female is available. Male will be Hide armor looking.
