Your digitigrade khajiit isn't set up correctly. From what I see, it is equivalent to the plantigrade version of Khajiit Overhaul. If you use that and want the same physical results, then you would be able to wear boots.
Hey. Thanks for the comment. It is the digitigrade option from the Khajiit overhaul. Maybe it looks a bit wierd, cause of the pretty Idle that was used. The only Boots, that work are the non vanilla boots i think.
I know it's the digitigrade version, I'm just saying you may as well be using the plantigrade version if you want better footwear compatibility and you already like how it looks, because there is likely a conflict preventing it from going into the digitigrade position. I can tell by how long the shin is and how short the foot is. Compare pictures on the mod page.
This is a common issue, you likely just need to give the Khajiit Overhaul.esp higher priority. Loot tends to mess up it's ideal load order so you may need to lock it down or re-position it every time you use loot, unless you have patches that resolve that specific issue.
