When I played, I realized that my follower was stumbling on the walls, so I investigated and added some things, I was able to solve the problem. --That's why version 1.1.1 is added-- Now, the NPC or follower, looks for the way to cross the structure without impacting the walls.
Not sure if it shows up before you purchase the property, but just in case, I waited until after making the purchase in order to enable "small roof for Hearthfire-Heljarchen".
It really enhances the overall feel of the manor as well as focuses nicely on the Dragonreach view when you are at the workbench.
I almost forgot the Dragonsreach can be seen from Heljarchen side. Cute little addition to the household your mod is, btw. I'll keep it in mind for the next playthrough, okay?
