Yeah :) Skyrim is a very hard game for a serpent tail tho.. first, one would need a custom race (check.. lol), a custom skeleton, with a very long tail of bones. Then one would need to edit all Skyrim animations to work with that tail, and then would need to edit Skyrim itself to even have custom animations available (luckily FNIS does it) then one would need to do the collision for that tail and somehow make it trail after itself (which HDT-SMP can do, but not as glitch-less) And still, its a lot of work for something that visually looks simple..
I have noticed that but i was hoping for something that could possibly allow me to play as the race without it crashing everytime the bindings are cut off my character. And i did fix the problem about it crashing everytime i selected naga for some reason Live Another Life mod was conflicting with the naga race the moment it removed it the naga's were working fine when i selected them but for some reason when the bindings are cut off by ralof/hadvar it crashes on the spot.
I have a suggestion for you, try using this mod. I have never actually tried the Naga mod with the vanilla start, so if it works for you, then perhaps quick start is an unintentionally required mod.
It seems when i downloaded the mod you gave me when i selected naga it crashes again like when i had the Live Another Life mod. It seems mods that change the players location from helgen to wherever it conflicts with this mod or atleast on my end.

I like this mod, Think the race looks great... only issue is that I wish there was a way to dress up and equip items... and more creation options. The race itself is stunning, just wish it worked a bit more like a race.

I tested to see if I got the filepaths right in Creation Kit - and turns out everything was fine on my end.
