Four files from this are good in this version but appear to be corrupt in your all-on-one package: textures\architecture\riften\riftendoor01.dds, riftendoor01_n.dds, riftendoor02.dds, and riftendoor02_n.dds. Both the 2K and 4K versions in the all-in-one package will not open in any DDS-capable tool I have, including GIMP and Irfanview. Not sure what happened to them, but I would suggest preparing a new AiO version from the files in this original Riften door package. PS: It's possible the game can load the wonky texture files anyway, somehow; but it's not desirable to have them "in the wild" because things like texture optimizers and other tools can't work with them.
For whatever reason, no one ever retextures doors and you were the one who broke that cycle. These doors are absolutely stunning. Please keep up the wonderful work! Any door from you will be an instant download and endorse from me!
Can you make a full tutorial on how to create an custom animated door in skyrim?I have tried export a door mesh with animations from 3dsmax,then use nifscope change the transformcontroller to NicontrollerManager(refered to a gamebryo animation tutorial ),finally there are two animation groups named Open and Close. It is alright to preview in nifscope, but after I import this mesh to game, there is no signal at all when I walk around the door,if I press E,nothing happened. It just like a static object.I really want to figure out the reason
You should remame your riftendoor01-textures to an exclusive name because riftendoor01.dds / riftendoor01_n.dds is used in many other riften-vanilla-meshes and your riftendoor01 is not vanilla-style-texture.
I just checked your screenshots, that is really strange. Can you confirm that it's not happening on the door behind the cabinet leading to the cistern? It's also not happening on SE, only on LE.

The door sizes of the riftenratways (ragged flagon) are different ...
There is space visible ...
