Seriously slowed things down, causing rendering issues. It's totally beautiful if you have a higher end computer than mine. The only suggestion I have is removing the flora from the roads. I got a bit lost on  a few roads because they weren't visible at all.

Ok, I'm in love with this. I take it that it will work with your Bent Pines II ?

    Hey Ho,

I got a problem with these beautifull mods. I used to use them on my old PC before (and I simply LOVE them) and now started a playthrough on my new pc. That meant: I had to reload and reinstall all the mods on a new PC.
So I downloaded first "The Flora overhaul" and the Summer edition, and installed first the "old" Flora overhaul and the .ini - but I saw no grass at all - even with the .ini installed. So I tried the Summer edition (which I like a lot better). But here I got the same effect - no grass at all, not even to think about the lush.

I installed both with the mod manager, and even changed the .ini. But no grass, nowhere at all. Not in Whiterun, not in Riften, nowhere.

Do you have any Idea, how I could fix this? Because I want to have these overboarding flora so badly (I am a biologist, so I care for plants :D)...
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a nice day/night and changing of the year.

Maybe an issue with archiveinvalidation invalidated (google), turn it on/off in the mod manager.

if that doesn't work maybe delete the skyrim and skyrimprefs .ini's so that the game can make new ones from scratch in case you have edited them and they're somehow faulty.

mod managers also have their own .ini's sometimes overriding other .ini's, this is a bit of a mess (imo, who doesn't use mod managers at all).

As far, as I could see, your addons dont load at all.

So how do I turn the archiveinvalidation on/off?
I deleted the skyrim and skyrimprefs.inis already - no change.

Should I try to install the addon manually?

There should be an option in the mod manager, at least there has been in the ones i've tested (maybe it's just one though, again, i don't use them). I don't know where, years since i used it the last time. There are also other ways to deal with it, you must google it though i'm not good at writing tutorials for it.

Yeah you can just install manually. This obviously makes it harder to uninstall, and remember the .esp must still be checked.

Ok - to me its completely ok, if I install them manually and check the esp.
And then I have to add the variables in the Skyrim.ini right?

Yes. the .ini is in documents/mygames/skyrim but again, mod organizers can sometimes have their own which will override this, you will have to read up on that, depending on the mod manager you use (if you're gonna use it for other mods).

make sure you don't add variables twice, search for it first to see if it's there, then alter it as needed.

Absolutely wonderful!  Transforms the landscape, simple plug and play, and love that you left some snow, just the perfect touch.  Beautiful to look at, easy on performance, honestly gave my Skyrim a new lease on life, cheers  :-)

In the experimental version, the tall purple flowers appear corrupted when playing on medium texture quality.

I've seen the other post on this. With the purple or blue? tree and it's roots. I'm not using an ENB. I did check with SFO uninstalled. The tree was not there. I did try moving SFO up in load order.
Using HD enhanced terrain, SMIM, Noble Skyrim, Enhanced Vanilla Tree's, This mod, Tree'sHD Skyrim Variation Low res, Realistic water two, Dust effects, COT, Minty-lightning, RLO. Loaded in that order. Allowed over rights.
    On a GTX 1050 laptop.
I hope the info helps. Aside from the tree....... Just wow! Loved it.
