I believe I have found an incompatibility. I use costume vampire lord mod and once I added this one Harkon and played in vampire lord form are floating robes and if I am not mistaken they are also twice as big. (But they are invisible so I can't be sure. :))
I do like this mod very much so if it is possible to fix that would be awesome!!
I had this issue as well where Harkon is invisible. I just opened the mod in SSEedit and deleted the section about Vampire Lords and saved the esp. It fixed the issue.
I regularly use a scaling mod like this called Werewolf Height Changer. It directly affects the height scalier for the werewolf so scale of 1 is actually 1.25 1.35, etc.

Edit: since this directly effects the scaling, it has no effect on animations(other than lost positioning of targets, ie bandits killed don't match up with where they are being clawed or eaten). Also has great compatibility with finis and other mods.
If you want some other skeletons, there is a mod called Mighty Beasts. The only issue is it is on LL and i cant give u the link. It has the howling head included and is very compatible with other texture mods as it it primarily a skeleton mod.
It works now but there is a small glitch. When i change, there is a message poping at the top right saying FNIS PCEA2 change race and i reset back to normal height. I can reset it my entering the command player.setscale 1. Any ideas?
Do you use other animations of werewolves? If so please turn it off because this mod is only compatible with the original animation. sorry about that i will fix it early...
I do not have any Werewolf animation change but for some reason, FNIS PCEA2 resets my size after the transformation. It's not just your mod. I tested with the one suggested by DaRip74 (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32414) and i have the same issue. Maybe i will have to rerun FNIS to fix the issue. I will let you know if it works.
Edit : reran FNIS and no change. Edit : Found the issue. Had a mod called Player Size adjuster that had a script overwriting the changes. Works great now. Thanks.
