      Try to take away the original clothes and just leave the armor you want her to wear.

      Maybe late, but u can use some follower mod like AFT or EFF to change her equipment

   I dont know why but I cant use the XP32 Maximum Skeleton.Because the edition of my game is not special edition?
   So,when I entered the game,she was in a piece of black clothe .
