Its my bad it changes the vanilla rune spells, it just doesnt require nothing else except dlcs, i sayd standalone because it doesnt add nothing external just vanilla assets, probably wrong use of that word sry. U can find rune spells in game they are vanilla ones just enhanced like i said in description. It replaces vanilla default runes function making them stronger with new additional effects, I hope now is all clear. Sry for my english mistakes.
