Your welcome. I have it already tried and it looks all OK, but I have not all runes tried, because I have a litlle bit break the game, but when I fix that I will trying your new runes. All of them.
Is editing in game values mostly and adds new function and edits them but still vanilla assets, probably not since need some overwritting. Im not into skse plugins yet but i will look forward to it.
