What's new in 2.8b: I tried to pursue some of the bugs that's been going on for some time. It seems like the Skyrim "facegen" doesn't like using a head mesh that has too much unknown nodes, which is probably a reason why one of the ears were stretching out. Ears are now static again, but the jaw is still moveable, both thanks to normal animations and the facial animation TRI. Hopefully I also fixed the broken Vampire Lady facials.
Just a head's up: this thing causes some of the new enemies added by Elemental Dragons to have a werewolf head. Turns out, some of them are set to use the vanilla werewolf race rather than a custom like most of its non-dragon creatures do. So yeah, you'll have issues if you run this with ED. Its fixable of course, but that requires you to make a custom race and set all the monsters that use the vanilla werewolf race to it. On a side note, the more I play with ED the more I realize just how glitchy it is.
Tried using this with the oldrim port of the SE MT. My werewolf has see-through patches of fur, and when I revert back I'm missing a head, and I have MTSE P008 equipped (which I assume is some kind of stand-in for a MoonlightTales SE werewolf skin.) Unequipping the item gives me my head back, but it stays in my inventory, which seems like a bug. I'm not sure if it's from this, or MTSE, or some combination of both. The see-through parts are being reported left right and center on MTSE, with no response of any kind, but since this item hides the head, I wonder if it's part of the compat patch that removes the head to prevent the double-head bug? Not sure how these work under the hood. Any feedback or ideas would be appreciated.
Fixed the fur issue by ensuring MTSE sorted after FusaFusa. Still working on the other issue.
Okay, I think I'm seeing it. Extra Werewolf Perks depends on Brevi_MoonlightTales.esp, which I believe is the original, while this one depends on Moonlight Tales SpecialEdition.esp., and somewhere in there both versions of MT were active. Swapped EWP for the non-MT, YAWI version, so here's hoping...
Aright, sorted it. I had a couple multiples of the PlayerWerewolfChangeScript.pex in my data folder. Moved them all out manually and then reinstalled Extra Werewolf Perks. Also downloaded the MCM for MTSE and disabled the skin system through that. All good now. \o/ I'll leave this here in case anyone else winds up with similar problems.
Can't get past the fact that it turns NPC werewolf heads invisible. Manually removing NPC helmets to fix it seems game breaking. Is there any other workaround? This seems like an essential mod to me, hope I can get it to work
Awesome mod T3alrose! Another level of detail Bethesda neglected, thank you for this!
On a side note, I'm using DWC as well as MT SE for Oldrim, I have the DWC patch installed for this mod and it's the lowest in my load order. For whatever reason, the heads have disappeared from werewolf corpses (such as in Gallows Rock), not including werewolves or werebears I have killed. This is just for dead NPCs, no issues with live ones.
That seemed to do the trick! No more headless werewolves (although I guess that would have made sense since it's a Silver Hand hideout). I'll assume this was the only area with dead NPCs. Thanks!
Your fix for Moonlight Tales duplicate heads is using the SE version of Moonlight Tales as it's required ESP. Which, since this is supposed to be for LE, is probably a bug. And if it's not, then it should be removed from the LE page.

Edit: Nevermind that, I got the LipSync plugin to load up, I'm just not sure where to find the Facegen data.
