Hello! Thanks for your work, it seems to help alleviate a few instances where my game would take forever to load or even CTD when entering cities (especially Whiterun). In my case I cant feel a difference in the amount of "clutter" at all, things just run more smoothly. I did notice it adds a " Silver Bloodstone Ring". Just wondering if this item has any specific purpose?
This mod deletes some pieces of snow. But other than that, the snowiness is not affected. If you want the small snow drifts back, it's easy to undelete them in with tesedit.
For those using an ENB and don't have a high end computer, this mod helps with performance when trying to stay above the 30fps threshold. I'm running a FX-8350, paired with a R9 280. Skyrim has loads of unoptimized locations in the game and cities are the most demanding. I could be looking one direction and get an average of 45fps, and then look another and drop below 30fps.
I've taken screen shots of the results and received on average a 3 fps increase in demanding spots which load lots of objects. This was tested with the "Less Stuff Edition", and from what i can tell in the screen shots, it reduces the amount of shrubs, rocks, and objects that are rendered by the engine, (example: decreased the amount of tomatoes, without completely eliminating them from the game). It's hardly noticeable and doesn't effect your visual experience. This is worth the download if you're trying to stay above 30fps at all times.
I didn't delete all of them, so there will be some left. If you want to be sure if this mod is working, check underwater in the canal in Riften. If this mod is active, there will be almost no stones or grass there. Otherwise try moving it down your load order, perhaps there is a conflict.

But still, is it possible to keep Windhelm snowy with this mod?
