    Great mod. But compatibility with AllGUD is highly needed.

      Don't think it was rude, I think she is inviting him/her to try the mod.

      Granted if it was the intent to be rude, it still kind of was an obvious answer considering the desc says she uses the vanilla staff enchanting system.

    I don't know if you're still taking comments on this, but I thought I'd let you know.
    Your Translated english ESP is causing a crash when trying to load skyrim on some set ups. After going through old threads and such, I think its the translations causing it.
    The JP plugin works fine, but obviously can't read any of the names in a game of another language.
    So if anyone wants to use the models but has something like the Renamer mod. Use the JP version if the english version is crashing your game and just rename them in game.
    The Dual Sheath Redux patch also results in "missing model" icons showing up in game? Don't know if that's because it's only designed to work with the English verison or not

    EDIT: AH HA! Found a way to may it not crash, basically you want to use the BSA from the JP version with the ESP from the english version. (I.e install the JP version first, then install the ENG version and DON'T overwrite the BSA but DO overwrite the ESP) Not sure why this works for me. But the issue is in the BSA archive of the english version. Don't know if this will help anyone or the Mod Author.

      In light of this discussion, the English ESP is now distributed as character code 1252.

      The cause of this problem is not known, but there may be several factors, including the specific language of the Windows and the other ESP you are using. Bushed Putch may also be a cause.

      I'm not sure if this is exactly the same problem as the one above, but could you please check the comments on the link?

      Ah yes that was the thread I already checked. I tried the manual translation there and stuff too to no avail. But as I said I fixed it.
      What happened was with the english version of the mod my game wouldn't start at all.
      It started with the JP version and without this mod.

      The issue is not the ESP character code. It's in the BSA of the English version
      I am currently using the English ESP with the BSA of the Japanese version and it works just fine including with the Dual Sheath patch.

      Bashed patch had no effect as I tried it with and without.

      The Japanese and English versions of the BSA are exactly the same. It is not translated. ESP is the only translator and the same CK compressed version of BSA is distributed in both Japanese and English. There can be no difference between the two.

      I think it is true that there is a problem and it seems to be improved, but I think the cause is somewhere else.

    FPS takes a dive when the staff enchanter at Dragon's Reach gets into view. The FPS will slowly get down to single digits, and after I leave Dragon's Reach, the game's fps will continue to jitter.

      Since we are adding objects, it is possible that the FPS will be lowered because of that. However, if you want to avoid this, you have no choice but to delete the staff enchanter, so it is not a fundamental solution.

      However, I will not make a new type of staff for a while. There are problems with models and textures, but most of all, editing esp file takes a long time.
      I saw your sword. Very nice!
      It may not be this MOD, but I will let you know if you can help me make the original staff or weapon.

    wait so this is a staff mod that not only add new items but a whole system around crafting AND you can block with them? like when you say theres a shield version that can be enchanted you mean it fires spells and blocks?! if so you are a saint

      This MOD adds staves that is fully compatible with the Vanilla spell and crafting systems. Shield staves can only be used for certain enchants, but of course you can fire spell or blocks.
      I am not a saint! :)

    Hey, great Staffs! In the Apocalypse patch, I think the crafting recipes for Elven & Ebony wands/staffs miss their references to the unenchanted staffs. So they will never appear as crafting options. I found this in TES5Edit... I hope it's not only for me.
    Nonetheless, this is a great mod man! And get well soon ;)
