Hjaal River Ranch is located in Hjaalmarch near Morthal (see map in the
images on the mod page for the marker).

- Bedroom dresser, large bedroom end table, small bedroom end table, ingredients barrel,
strongbox, three storage chests.
- Four beds for the children, two left and two right beds
- A child's chest and wardrobe
- Exterior farmhouse pieces and three connected doors, map marker, interior and exterior
locations

RESOURCES/COMPATIBLITY

Latest version of Skyrim (1.9+) is required. This mod REQUIRES Hearthfires DLC or
Skyrim Legendary Edition AND TMPhoenix's Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions? V2_0_15 (found on
the Nexus at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29249).

My mod does not alter or use Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions; it only requires that you have it
installed for moving in the family. The house is set up using vanilla Skyrim's keywords
as per TMPhoenix's instructions for modders.

This mod should be compatible with any other mod, save for a mod that
alters the worldspace location of this mod or conflicts with Hearthfires.

KNOWN ISSUES
----------------------------------------------------
- Hide and seek does not work.
- TES5Edit states there is a conflict in the MHDT - Max Height Data for the worldspace between
my mod and Hearthfires.esm. The information I can find on this conflict states that it is not
an issue for most, but I would appreciate any info on it.
