About this mod
A small, two-floor shack overlooking the falls dividing Whiterun hold and Hjaalmarch. MUST have Hearthfires DLC to run. If you want to move in your family, you'll need to have TMPhoenix's Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions mod (linked in the description).

In order to move your family in to the house, follow these instructions from TMPhoenix:
All the assets used are from vanilla Skyrim. I did not use or make custom 3D models for this. I may create a non-Hearthfires dependent version of the house for those who don't want to move a spouse or family into it.

Files, Downloading, and Compatibility
Only one file is included - HjaalRiverRanch_Hearthfires. This mod should not conflict with any other mods, save for ones that modify the worldspace at the location of the house or conflicts with the Hearthfires DLC.
To download manually, extract the folder and place the .esp file in your Skyrim Data folder (by default steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data).* Have a sorting tool (such as LOOT) place it where it should go in relation to your other mod files.

Key Features
- Supports up to four children and a spouse.
- Has a full smithy on the upper level deck.
- Kitchen and dining table with enough room for everyone to have a family dinner. Tableware included.
- 1 mannequin, 4 weapon racks, 2 weapon plaques, and 1 small display case.
- Non-respawning containers: 4 chests, 2 large end tables, 1 wardrobe for the kids, 1 ingredients barrel, 1 strongbox, and 1 small end table, each called "River Ranch *name of container*"
- 2 regular-size bookshelves and 1 small bookshelf.
In order to move your family in to the house, follow these instructions from TMPhoenix:
- Visit the home and cast the "Bless Home" spell while there. If the home is blessed, it will become your new custom home.
- Now talk to your spouse or your children and move your family to the new home. You can also directly adopt kids to the new home.
