I first played this mod when it was first released. And now just ran through it again. Man, has it changed. A lot.
As I said before, this dungeon fits perfectly into the game. It's not huge but not small either. I went in with a very high char (level 84) and it was easy peasy. But I expected that. Go in with a 30 something char and it won't be so easy.
The lighting is perfect. And I had zero bugs. A very well done dungeon. Thank you to the mod author.
I thought this was great. Fit right in to the world space. I particularly liked the setup of the final fight and the vanilla style amount of loot. I've downloaded your other one and am looking forward to running into it organically. Thank you.
This dungeon feels and looks part of the game. Nothing is out of place in that regard. I would like it to have a purpose beside just being there - but I understand more is coming later. All in all a fun experience. If you dig dungeon dives, add this one to your load order. Endorsed and tracked . I am eager to see what you do with it. And please make more.
Hm, well, its another dungeon i guess. serves its purposes. Lots of loot and gold everywhere. I did notice the whole place was...quieter than most other dungeons. other places theres the sound of distant rumbling or rocks falling or sand/dirt falling from the ceiling. in this place its a bit to quiet imo. theres like NO environmental sound effects to speak of. Needs more Undead enemies. this place definitely needs an expansion in the depths area, and another section entirely and an end boss would have been neat.
I mean an end boss with more in his spell repertoire than Ice spike. it was more of a sub mini boss if anything, a boss that guards the mini boss sort of speak. a boss needs spells like Fire ball skin spells, summoning spells etc. MORE health i just obliterated him with fire balls. Granted i'm on the end game but the end boss needs to be tougher, give the player some trouble in taking it down. Be EVIL about it if you would be so kind.
I found that journal and by reading it it sounded like there would be more, some big evil thing deeper in the tomb i got myself excited about facing it but to my dismay that was the last thing i found and that was it....this place needs to be fleshed out a bit more. Not like a 6 part epic of an adventure or anything but it sounded like there was some kind of mystery in the place a problem to solve but that was never the case unfortunately. :/ you got an A for effort though.
Yeah, I'd like to maybe add a short quest with a voiced NPC and change up the enemies in the final room to be harder, but I'm juggling a few mod projects right now so it won't happen right away. I probably won't expand it much in terms of size, it wasn't meant to be a longer-than-usual dungeon nor the hardest (I have some other projects that will be aimed at high level characters in the works)
Super excited for this. Should be a simple resave in the CK to port to SSE. Will have to test later. I really hope you keep making dungeons! May I suggest your next dungeon be modeled after the "exterior" dungeons, such as Bloated Mans Grotto or Forgotten Vale? This is a severely needed dungeon niche that no other author has attempted.
Let me know if your port works well, I sadly don't have SSE to do it myself. Also, that is a good idea although exterior POIs can be hard to do because those exterior cells are where you run into mod conflicts, so there's a lot of consideration required even when choosing location. I do plan to do more dungeons, I'd like to do one for each "hold" using all the different architecture styles (dwemer, bandit ruin, maybe even DLC stuff like a vampire dungeon)
Ah I think you misunderstood. The "exterior" dungeons are their own cells or worldspace accessible via a cave entrance (or even via a dungeon). They are no more likely to conflict than a standard dungeon mod. Between Forgotten Dungeons and Hammet Dungeons we have like 50 vanilla style dungeons added to Skyrim, but zero dungeons that take you outside. I know this would be really popular on Reddit as people have been requesting this for a couple of years now.
I'll let you know about the port. I'm sure it'll work perfectly!
Oh I see what you mean, I have an idea already that I'm going to try, a dungeon with a worldspace "above" it like a canyon with a small forest that you have to cross to get to the dungeon entrance (plus a small cave or dungeon entrance leading to the main worldspace like you said)
Edit: Even better since this will be my first worldspace, I'm going to do a nature canyon/valley with animals and spriggans, this will be great!
I'm expanding it as we speak! I've already blocked out the second cell (larger than the first) and connected it, just need to spend a bunch of time detailing it. Expect an update in probably a day or two.
WOW..GREAT JOB...You have an EXCELLENT dungeon here!!!! REALLY looks like it came with the game! Not too long to be boring and you need to spend the time LOOKING for the loot. (there's plenty of it!) Its great! Really Excellent Work...looking forward for more dungeons from you!!!!

Yes, it perfectly does :)
Thank you for keeping Skyrim alive!
