Sad that mod not covering food/drinks same way as potions/poisons since they have almost same group and usage as consumable items actually) Is here an easy way/patch to implement that for food/drinks too?

Nevermind - it was easy (i thought it would be more difficult) Even i, having no skills and knowleges in modding was able to just add few more KYWD lines in TEdit Actually i add not only Food, but also RawFood, Scrolls and Ingridients (2 KYWD (Potions and Poisons) in your original file, 6 KYWD in mine patch) I would glad to give this patched version to you if you want to add it as optional "Administer Consumable Item" instead of "Administer Potion/Poison", its your file and mod after all
No, I have specifically let that part out because it can be abused.
I compare it to using a Heal Other spell, that won't increase dispostion either.

The way disposition works in Skyrim, is by using 8 ranks from -4 (archnemesis) to 4 (lover). The relevant ranks for this mod would be 0 (acquaintance), 1 (friend), 2 (confidant) and 3 (ally). To make this mod not abusable, there should be some ranks in between those, to make that viable.
TL;DR: To make that work, Skyrim would need a disposition overhaul, which is out of scope for this mod, unfortunately.

Edit: It appears that the mod doesn't appreciate potions that come from other mods such as Darkend, as it results in the same type of spam.
Besides, the Vanilla perk "Poisoned" in the Pickpocket tree already allows for this.
If it's the latter, do you use SKSE and Inventory Functions?
