Sweetshare's Candy Shoppe

Happy Spring. Old Sweetshare's Candy Shoppe is my seventh extradimensional house. This one is set in Solstheim. You can find the globe on top of the temple in Raven Rock. Make your own candy, grow your own sugar cane, sell moon sugar to the Khajiit. Make the Mad God happy with your mischief. It features full crafting, a bed with a well-rested bonus, new alchemy ingredients, and is navmeshed for followers all in its own cell.

Instructions for Old Sweetshare's garden: 

In his garden, you will find almost everything you need to make candy. Some ingredients will need to be found in Skyrim and Solstheim, though.
Running around the garden are a few rabbits. Their legs can be used to make chocolate eggs. Chocolate eggs can be made with sugar cane, a rabbit leg, pine thrush egg, and a rock warbler egg. One egg will boost all of your crafting and restoration skills for a length of time.

Sugar cane is important to make candy. Depending on how much sugar cane you have you can make stronger candies. There are twenty-one different attributes that candy can have, each requiring a different ingredient along with sugar cane.

Strength goes in order of available ingredients. Depending on how many ingredients you put into a recipe your candy will get stronger or the duration will increase. 

New ingredients: There are five new ingredients in Sweetshare's garden. Each serves a purpose in candy making so be careful of how you spend them. 
Plants needed for fertilizer: There are three plants in the garden that help make your sugar cane stronger. Nightshade, purple jarrin root, blue nirnroot, and spawn ash all are needed to improve your sugar cane. You can improve your sugar cane three twice, both times require the same ingredients. Not only does this make the attributes of your sugar cane stronger, but less is also needed to make more moon sugar. Mix sugar cane and spiky grass on the cooking spit to make moon sugar. 

Sugar cane will help you resist frost, fortify sneak, regenerate magicka, and resist fire. Improved sugar cane (acquired by fertilizing your sugar cane) will also have these attributes but they are stronger. To get super sugar cane, improved sugar cane will need to be fertilized, with the same ingredients also but the result will be stronger yet. 

Two sugar cane and two grass pods will give you two moon sugar, whilst two improved sugar cane and two grass pods will give you four, and two super sugar cane and two grass pods will give you six, so it pays to improve your sugar cane and plant it.

The garden has the normal cell reset so depending on how often you visit you will reset the timer, however, the planting plots work on normal Hearthfires reset times. 

There are 15 plant plots in Sweetshare's garden. You can only plant the three sugar canes, blue nirnroot or purple jarrin root in the plots. The plants will be ready in one day, but take three days after that to respawn. Be selective with what you plant there, as there are only so many plots. You will find a starter supply of all the plants you need for growing and improving sugar cane in the garden, there are a few spawn ash in the house itself, also. Give your garden time to respawn for the best results. 

Both blue nirnroot and purple jarrin root will improve your alchemy skills. Mix them at an alchemy table for a boost. 

Travel to and from: Sweetshare's has its own travel system. Consume the globe for a small health boost and be teleported to Sweetshare's house. Use the map to travel to any of the major cities, or towns, Castle Volkihar, Fort Dawnguard, or Raven Rock. Activate either of the cheese men to be returned to where you came from. Do not use the globe inside another of my extradimensional homes as you could end up losing the bottle to the first house you traveled to. 

Sweetshare's house has plenty of storage for your candy, a bed that gives the well-rested bonus, it also has all the crafting you will need. It is a small house so while your followers will follow you there, they will not have a place to sleep. 

Keep Sweetshare's BBQ fork safe. It was given to him by a daedric prince. It is now yours. You can improve it and enchant it any way you like. Most importantly have fun keeping the Khajiit in business.   

And last, keep these instructions safe. You will need them in your inventory to find the recipes for candy and moon sugar. All of your recipes will be on the cooking spit.
