Riften Well House was inspired many years ago while playing Morrowind. One of my favorite house mods was the Wolverine Hall Well House by Korana. It was a very small and simple house perfect for somebody just starting out. When I saw InsanitySorrow's resource of Morrowind style paper lanterns, I remembered this small house and I knew I had to try a well house of my own. While my house is a bit larger than Korana's house, I think I've at least partially got the feel of one of her wonderful mods.
I hate begging, but please endorse this mod if you like it. My husband said when I get 100 endorsements on any one of my mods, he'll download it.
Included in Version 1.0:
A small beginners house with a player bed, follower bedroll, crafting, enchanting, alchemy, fishing, storage, and relaxing. It is located outside Riften next to the Snow Shod Farm with its own unlocked map marker.

2) Cut & Paste files to your Data folder
3) Turn on the mod.

Incompatibility:

Since this mod only has a well in the vanilla world, there should be no incompatability. If there is you are free to move the well.

The lanterns don't shine as well as they did in the original Skyrim.
