This is the NifTools Project file translator plug-in for Maya, compiled for Maya 2017, 2018 and 2019. All credit goes to the original authors.
To install from archive: Linux:
copy the MEL files from the "scripts" folder into your ~/maya/scripts folder
copy "libniflib.so" from the "lib" folder into the $MAYA_LOCATION/lib folder
from the "plug-in/Maya<$VERSION>" folder, copy the "nifTranslator.so" file to the $MAYA_LOCATION/bin/plug-ins folder
Windows:
copy the "maya" folder to your user "Documents" folder, or copy the MEL files to your default Maya scripts path
copy the "bin" folder to your Maya installation folder (there should be a "bin" folder there, merge with the one from the archive)
