Hello everyone.
This mod is an edited version of Belthazor82's Revert Fortify Restoration Fix of USKP.
It revert Fortify loop and the Caravan chests(hidden chests) in Dawnstar, Markarth and Solitude.
This needs to be after USLEEP(if you are not using Vortex, LOOT nor BOSS).
Remember some city overhaul mods is incompatible with this!
