Do I have to make a new save for this to work? I can't seem to find the Caravan chest in Dawnstar. EDIT!: It seems that another mod (Open Cities Skyrim) also changed the placement of these chests. I disabled that mod, and it works. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for doing this, though I have a question, would it be possible to have the option to download the trading caravan chests revert separated from the fortify loop revert? I tried doing it myself through the Creation Kit and failed miserably (I never discovered what to remove or how to even find it). seriously, thanks you, for this plug-in.

I expect a mod description to explain what the mod does-- not just refer to things as if they're already common knowledge, or link to another mod that _does_ explain it. I imagine that it'd help your mod to include that explanation in the description.
Of course, it's your mod, so while I have a right to my expectations, you have a right to do (or not do) whatever you want in response.
Fortify loop is the "Fortify restoration glitch" thing they patched in USLEEP Fortify restoration potion in vanila caused it to boost all skills not just Restoration spells. Resulting in it multiplying its value everytime to absurd levels after you crated said potion drink it wore alchemy enchantment gear , reequipped the gear and create and drink same potion again it got a lot stronger every time.
Drinking a 99999999999% fortify restoration Potion caused insane boost to all skills. You could use it to craft weapons that deal damage thousands.
As for the Caravan chest i did some digging apparently there were some spots in Skyrim where you could open Caravan chests (the hidden chests that are used to store all of Khajiit caravan's merchants inventory , the very same inventory that shows when you barter with them due to glitch they were accessible to player at certain glitched spots so you could ransack them for tons of free loot and money)
^I did use fortify restolation loop few times but honestly i never heard about the caravan chest one till now. Honestly these are justified fixes but some of the stuff that USLEEP nerfed or "patched" makes no sense and i havent seen any mod that reverts Howl of Pack nerf from USLEEP (spawns only 1 pack member instead intended 2 , reason for this change was unknown) , or Sunhallow arrows nerf (you cant pick them back up even if use them on a normal bow and they don't explode you still can't retrieve them anymore - also a not well thought change) aswell as some unneeded cosmetic changes (extra rooms in flaggon , lootable glazed candles and dwemer urns that were just static decorations before, sound of certain spell impacts was lacking closeby explosion sound - justified fix but they picked same sound that fireball uses so using lightning spells and hearing an fireball explosion on impact is odd)
Several things i had to revert myself in one nice big esp (except the flaggon thing that's beyond my skill level) its not that much of a deal for me but still i was a bit annoyed about some of these changes that werent actually fixes or were just straight up nerfs.
With all respect to USLEEP team and great work they did with the patch and fact that it fixes sooo many things, but still there are still some questionable changes in there, but i digress ^^ hope i cleared up the confusion about what victormario's mod does.
Sorry for not seeing these post before, but as Da7kness said, if you don't know about, then this mod is kinda useless. also as Lytheal said: Fortify loop is a bug, that allows you to get very op gear, and level up fast, and the caravan chest( or as i forgot that they were known as hidden chest) is a way to get a lot of gold and enchantments. If you have any other questions please pm, as i see them faster. (and thank you Lytheal for clearing up the coinfussing)

About the Chests, the Skyforge chest has also moved too, do you have plans to restore the chest location?
