Nice mod. It saved me going to the effort of solving it myself.
It didn't work at first but after realising that SkyRe was the culprit, a five second tweak using TES5 Editor on the SkyRe_races.esp fixed it. I just added the female walk animation changes to SkyRe_races.esp; didn't touch anything else (just in case anyone else needs pointers).
This is not a fix for your character, this is a fix for the females in the game that has implemented ''male'' stance. If you want all other females in the game to walk feminine get TBBP animation by dragonfly or something like that but remember to install a xp skeleton first.
This mod makes mounted combat nearly impossible as melee attacks simply push opponents aside rather than causing damage. You have to have the target almost perfectly in front of you or else the hit won't be detected. Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful mod and I enjoyed having it installed, but this is a deal-breaker for me. If you could find a way to implement the changes such that they don't interfere with mounted combat, I would endorse and use it eagerly.

So if you have met Lydia before installing this mod, then she will still walk like a man etc.
So just start a new game and she will use the female animations.
