   This totally fixes my issue! I was looking through my mods wondering what the hell could possibly have made the new effect. Really immersive sounds guy? Really?? SOUNDS!
   
   Anyways - thanks for the fix! Figured I'd have to troubleshoot another twenty minutes or something.

   I think this is the effect from a mod that makes the flesh spells match the material they're based on. Don't know why it would be bundled with this, though.

      It was a mystery to me too. Never would have expected it. I was scouring the MCM's of every mod I had looking for a setting.
