I love this mod, you make the amulet blessings similar to the ones from Oblivion. Then I start to notice you achieve these new effects by making new Enchantments on the CK instead of replacing the base game Enchantments. What is the reason behind the decision? I just find it weird that named NPCs has the regular boring effects & they'll be better off with the modified effects from this mod.
What an amazing mod! Using forever for sure. Like ArgonainSoldier said, you might make the Amulet of Kynareth add to your sneak abilities, as it is more appopriate of a hunting goddess. And I personally recommend making the Amulet of Talos not usable only by humans, because when Talos fought to preserve the Empire, many species helped him do that. And a god, even if a god of humanity, is not that selfish.
I already changed it to sneak and I already think about the Amulet of Talos when I design the mod. If it doesn't have race limitation, it's the top item for warrior class and Amulet of Stendarr will be useless. That's why I made the limitation.
Fantastic mod!! This mod does more than just make the amulets useful again. Oh no, it can potentially be MUCH more than that. It adds a virtual mini-treasure hunt to the game to try and find all 9 amulets so that you can craft the Nine Divines Amulet. And if you use Scarcity 10x like I do, that's going to make that a VERY HARD treasure hunt!! Absolutely BRILLIANT and unbelievably simple :) You (as in you the player) could EASILY come up with some kind of lore appropriate story to justify all of that (perhaps some kind of Pilgrim quest, that's just right off the top of my head), and when you do, it really feels like it should've been in the Vanilla game from Day 1.
Cool mod! I'm definitely going to check this out once I get my Skyrim to work correctly... Suggestion: Mara provides some kind of bonus (health/ armor rating?) to people who are married... Maybe increased health/defense if your spouse is in range?
A bonus that encourages marriage and/or being near your spouse... perhaps in addition to the regular bonus...
I really like this, and I'd like to offer to port it to Skyrim Special Edition, and publish it with full credit to you.
I do agree that the Kynereth blessing doesn't really fit, but it's not awful. however I feel the akatosh blessing is too overpowered. That said, the whole divine amulet (with all 9) is overpowered except it is balanced with needing ALL of the amulets, plus a LOT of gold! so it works in my opinion.
I'd also like to ask your permission to patch it for use with Wintersun mod, at least for Special Edition.
great mod, good and useful buffs, but I couldn't not mention the pickpocket bonus for Kinareth's amulet, she is a godess, an Aedra, a moralist, so thievering doesn't quite fit really well, just saying though xD
Yeah it doesn't fit very well as a blessing from one of the divines, it would be better something like increase movement speed, attack faster and move faster...
I agree with the kynareth pickpocket, movement speed or stealth would be very useful, and fit more. being like a stealthy animal slinking through the forest.
