I consider this file as outdated. Even though it still might fix a few NPCs, I recently started a new game and found a massive amount of grey face NPCs even when using this mod and the NPC overhaul (first mine then overwritten with NPC overhaul). I am now working on a new face fix mod from scratch.

Changelogs
Version 1.1a-ENPCOver
As I am currently rather using the NPC Overhaul myself, I found this issue with the Aeterna Minstrel. Nerjaveika said she is privately busy, so I don't know when she updates her mod. Therefore I thought it would be nice to share that fix. Comes without an ESP.
Version 1.1a
44ebc fixed. It's the same Aeterna that got fixed in V1.0. However, as of the recent update the race entries got fixed as by a direct comment of a developer. He also explained me, why it is possible that NPCs look different in "Enderal Forgotten Stories.esm" than in "Skyrim.esm" without having a direct edit on that NPC. It's because of these race edits. I was also able to delete the entry of that NPC from my mod ESP, as that one only requires the correct meshes and textures in the BSA file now. Just that Poppyflower-girl is left in the ESP, as she still needs that entry.
Version 1.1
102e671 fixed.
102e670 fixed.
101e8ff fixed.
102e148 fixed. This is the base ID by the way. The ref ID is 102e149, but when I used the "player.moveto 102e149" console function the game said it cannot be found. So maybe that's somewhat of a generic ID. In that case reporting where the NPC was found might be helpful either.
13eb17 fixed.
43c07 fixed
43bc0 fixed
113121 fixed
43980 fixed
43976 fixed
102f2ee fixed.
102e310 fixed.
14c0e2 fixed. That NPC was added to the ESP, as otherwise the fix would not load similar to the guy in V1.0.
101c6e7 fixed.
102e988 fixed.
102e58b fixed. Base ID again. The ref ID of this NPC (10dc15) appeared to be generic. So "player.moveto 10dc15" wasn't possible.
102e989 fixed.
This file is outdated and was created before the latest patches.
I recently started to play a new game with this mod together with the NPC Overhaul and still found grey faces. Therefore, I reinstalled Enderal fresh and will make a new face fix mod from scratch without continuing this one. As soon as that one is up, I'll link it here.
