My thoughts about this mod, love the size n furniture placements, but the invisible wall in one of the stairs towards second floor, rail collision and lighting seems to go on n off when near player n player camera ; tfc; is a bit un immersive, overall seems like a good mod for adding companions/ followers to make this a guild/ barracks for the dragonborn. Needs some more polish n music to make it more attentive towards other players and may i suggest a steward to add or remove stuff, hire npcs, and add kitchen/pit  to master bedroom.

I simply love this home! The interior is super cosy and inviting, with tones of places to store books and stuff. I cannot thank you enough for this beautiful work!

This is my next favouritest play homes ever after Scarlett Q_Q I know a lot care abt functionality but while that's neat and such, I run a big dysfunctional mod army family and seeing this gorgeous, sparkly and homey player home makes me feel like "Bois we found our haven."

It lives up to its name! (And keeps making me starry eyed whenever I enter it, good job!!)

Looks great, no map pict of it's location - I guess you just hunt around to find it "north" of RW, or is it just that easy to spot?
Hard to tell from the picts but is there much outside area or wall around it to keep out wandering animals etc.? I also like to have my followers outside enjoying the views & weather.

I keep on meaning to add a map picture, but it is really easy to spot between Whiterun and Riverwood. The building is incredibly tall after all. There is an outside area in which you won't really have to worry about wild animals. It isn't perfect and I am working on different versions though. I specifically made areas in which you and companions can hang out outside, but in reality, if you are utilizing the system in which tells companions to go to a certain area during the day and sweep, for example, it isn't currently functional for me.

      Thank you for liking it.

I really love this player home. I have searched far and wide for a something like this with enough room to house my horde of followers, both vanilla and non-vanilla. My werewolf follow and ice-wolf loved the central grotto, and hung-out by the large tree, howling into the night.

The master suite was really spectacular. It felt like a private, separate apartment away from the noise and hustle of my comrades drunkenly conversing in the main section of the house. It is all well-designed and really well done. Kudus to you. I endorsed it and highly recommend it.

Now with that said, I do have some suggestions, and found a few issues. For the suggestion, it would be nice to have a switch to flip to turn the kids space(s) in the master suite into a dressing room. This also follows with the kids space in the main house, converting into an armory (please no mannequins though, FPS issues...and I will get to that soon.) These changes are exactly what I did via Jaxonz Positioner here on the Nexus since I wasn’t adopting kids. A few cabinets, chairs and chests here and there, and it was perfect.

Now for the issues I experienced. A minor one is that the shower switch/crank in the master suite would turn, but no water flowed in the tub. I assume a script issue? Also, one of the stairs, I think it is the right-hand side main staircase, was difficult getting up. I always had to crouch to the far left of it, or I could not up the stairs. My followers also seemed to struggled with their footing. The front yard outside the main door is really hard for followers to navigate with the broken ground. In fact, I could not get my followers to follow me off the property. They would always get stuck. I would have to run to Whiterun and go through a door for them to appear behind me. The road outside the property always had some activity, including vampires, redguards harassing a woman, Thalmor swine, etc. I did not mind this, and because of the issue above with the waypoints in the yard, none seemed to come onto the property. If you do fix the waypoint issue, they may indeed find their way to the front door...which is just part of the reality in my book, but some may not like this. Lastly, there is a big FPS hit. It all depends on how many followers you keep adding and whether they are highly textured themselves. That large HD player home interior comes at a price, me thinks, and hits the aging game engine where it counts. I have a fairly high-end system and I would occasionally get black faces, black trees and even the dreaded CTD while entering the interior, which unfortunately is why I had to leave this beautiful space behind. I will miss it greatly. You could tell it was built with love. Thank you again for making a beautiful gaming experience.

Looks amazing nicest house ive seen in skyrim one issue with the house is there are lot of place where two walls join where the textures flash between the overlapping wall sections this can be fixed by moveing one a tiny tiny bit forward or one a tiny bit backwards ive done this myself ingame with jaxonz positioner and it fixes the texture flashing instantly

Yeah, this is a problem I have been trying to deal with. The problem is simply that even if a shift the walls a minuscule amount there are uneven parts of the wall that very visibly won't match seems with the next wall. It's a frustrating venture and if I find a better fix it won't be for a long time. Thank you for liking the mod even though it's still in progress.
