This is an almost perfect little house!
First, on the map, Falkreath, Dawnstar and Winterhold read as "Open Skyrim"
Second, the barrels are of the re-spawning kind, so are no good for storing stuff in.
Thirdly, it would be nice to have some extra chests to put stuff in, and there's room for those underneath the map. :-)
