Im so sorrry if this is a dumb question, but does this mod lay all the ordinator perks on top of the vanilla game perks or other perk mod? so I could perhaps have ordinator perks + vanilla/other perk mods at the same time?

Is there a way to not get completely screwed by the summoning thing that kills you if you don't do it fast enough when you're trying to start out the game with everything?

How do you go about installing this mod with Mod Organizer 2? I'm having issues with setting the data directory.

      Sorry for the late reply,
Just copy the files inside the .zip file into <skyrim root>\Data
      Then open the README file
It doesn't cause errors to install it manually as it isn't an esp or a plugin it is just skyrim console command lines

No it isn't due to different perk codes
In SSE perks start with "19" instead of "54"
You can edit the file to replace the codes accordingly
      Or
There is a SSE edition at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16985
