Hello all. Sorry to say but my Hard drive had a fatal issue and required me to reformat. ( After spending hours trying to fix it. ) So many of my mods are unlikely to be updated. I will still try assist as I can. I no longer have the source files for many of my mods.

      Very sorry to hear that.

Please look at some data recovery tools and maybe you may be able to retrieve some of your lost files.

      All the best.

@ mjw : I will see how I can set it up I guess. I haven't really worked on much lately.

@Darkfirebird: I see your point but other vampire homes also have that (e.g. castle Volkihar in the official Dawnguard DLC). Perhaps if it were optional? It would mean more work for you but it could be kind of fun if you had to capture your own cattle first (teleport to prison cell or something).

@ mjw : Never really played a vampire. But would seem cheap to do that

Endorsed, it's a very nice and useful mod!

A suggestion for the last room: Vampires might find it useful to have some cattle around in their home.

    Updated to 1.2

    =Version 1.2=
+Script Change: Adjusted script for new feature.
+Magic Effect: Adjusted to place both followers AND married NPC(s) along with player within 30 feet to the home.
+Cell: Rift Home: Nav Meshes adjusted for NPCs.
+Cell: Rift Home: Now has a bed and a small table.
    +Tome: lowered cost dramatically. ( About 50% )

    Enjoy.

Edit: @tiger8u2 : To note, that script command is mostly used for Quest Scripts. ( Was easier to just make 2 effects in the spell. 1 for player and 1 for married npcs / followers. )

@tiger8u2 : Well never knew it would 'break' a vendor.
As for the follower / wife / husband friendly, because there is no real entrance so they just wait where ya left them.
As for the bed, never really thought about it XD. Was more for a learning experience then a fully completed mod. I will add the bed etc. The 'useless' rooms were more for looks so the area looked nice.

Well, I finally got around to buying the spell in Riverwood. It was there, which is a good thing, but 51000 gold is NOT a good thing to give to a vendor. It has a tendency to break them. You could have done it with dialogue like most house quests do. That would have been better. Not wife or follower friendly that I could see. Two useless doors and a couple of empty rooms with no beds. It's not a home yet. I'll probably use the CK to fix it up for me but you really should finish it for everyone else.

Recommend some type of spell to first "tag" (forcerefintoalias) a follower or wife then "Moveto" the player, wherever he is.

Take a look at Dudestia's scripts if you need some inspiration.

I used his spouse relocation spell to bring my newest bride up there but we couldn't find any place to share a romantic meal or an intimate moment.

Will endorse when I see you've made your crafting hub and storage room a home. Till then.......

@morael : It is a Global Variable you can set.
In Game Console: [ Set DFBWeightCheck to 0 ]

@Detman101 : Simple tends to work a lot better

Awesome! I've been longing for EXACTLY THIS!!
The summonable playerhome/TARDIS in Midas Magic doesn't work for me for some reason. When I try to exit it, my screen blanks out.

I am sure that this is going to work a LOT better. Cast a spell to get in...cast a spell to get out.
Simple and easy just like the old Oblivion way of doing things.
