� TES5Edit gives errors regarding the deleted references for Nazeem and Ahlam in the Drunken Huntsman, but the mod runs OK.
� The original navmesh is retained from Carlotta Valintia's house I duplicated.

:: MOST OF THE ITEMS IS STATIC. YOU WON'T GAIN ANY LOOT BY INSTALLING THIS. Template::
There are a few recipes and small items, but that's it, you don't gain any advantage in installing this.
