Thanks for doing this. I think it's a great idea. Looking forward to more "booked" armors. Looking forward to the guide. It's a lot of work but once it comes out, I'm going to apply this to my favorite standalone armor mods. Great job!
Still trying to figure this out. In order for your mod to work, you need 2 other esp files to be active (the rest are all texture files), because your mod is dependent on all 7 mods, correct? So, for this mod, you need 3 esps, including yours? As I and a bazillion others are pushing Skyrim's 255 esp limit, will your mod still work if you put it and all of its 7 dependencies into a single Merged Mod file with one esp that calls the others? I use Merge Plugins to create my merges. (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905). Thank you...love the idea, do not like all the mod-dependencies! DRAT!!
My mod is dependent on the meshes and textures provided by the other mods, once you get through the instructions on moving and editing you will only need the esp I provided. If you are having issues with a particular step in the instructions please let me know and I will do my best to help. I use merge plugins as well, I agree it is the only way to stay under the 255 limit.
