This mod removes the dialogue option for a player to pay off their bounty when a wanted player is confronted by a guard. For many players, the only remaining dialogue options will be to resist arrest or go to jail.

This mod removes the dialogue option for a player to pay off their bounty when a wanted player is confronted by a guard. Instead, many players will have to serve jail time to remove their wanted status in a hold.
There may be other ways to clear a bounty or avoid arrest built into the vanilla game which this mod has no impact on. To avoid spoilers, this is all I wish to say.
This mod is primarily for people who feel that the ability to simply pay a fine when caught during a criminal act is too lenient and not immersive. This mod may also appeal to players that have installed other mods that change the prison experience.
