Home (Cellar) for the player and his companions with basic amenities.

Description:

* A cozy place will provide you a safe refuge for the rest of Dovakin.
* Asylum is best suited for the initial game.
* It has - an alchemical laboratory, a shower pentagram, a foundry, a tanning machine, and all that is needed for crafting.
* Safe storage containers.
* 19 revenge for planting.
* 6 beds for followers. Companion bard markers.
* You will find this place not far from the Vajtran stable, a manhole next to the stone. (see screenshot)
* There is no marker on the map

* This is my first mod at the Dovakin refuge. He did for himself and decided to share with you, do not judge strictly!


I plan to: add a house and equip the territory on the street (if there is time)


Requirements:

* Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8


Installation:

* Unpack the archive and put the files in the Data folder in the game, activate the mod in the launcher.
