   So I've installed the mod using Nexus, sorted the order list via LOOT, but Keisuke just doesn't appear. Any idea what might be the issue or what I may be doing wrong?

      Very late reply, but you won't find Keisuke in the Bee and Barb, like Marcurio.  Last time I found him strolling near Honeyside house - close to the backyard.
