Amazing mod for civil war playthrough. I read through the scripts and got one small thing to say though.
I believe it's better to use [Event OnCombatStateChanged(Actor akTarget, int aeCombatState)] on the Rally cloak magic effect of the banners themselves instead of on the actors; this way randomly spawned soldiers can use banners. (akTarget will be the actor that has the magic effect.)
Yes, something like that. You can add at the top or wherever you see fit. It is really cool to walk around skyrim while holding the standard. The only inconvenience is that we cannot hold both the torch and the standard. Would be wonderful if you can combine them.
The signs are absolutely beautiful and its a brilliant idea! But... it really bothers me that most of them seem to be wearing the animal headgear thing because I associate this with stormcloaks for some reason, might have to see if I can change this. Thanks
For the "Civil War quests and battles" there might be a way of adding an NPC to the "LCharSoldierImperial" LeveledNPC list however you can't add scripts to an NPC in a LeveledNPC list without doing a workaround involving spells and scripted effects of a magic effect.
LCharSoldierImperial from my Experience deals with Soldiers used in the Civil War however it also handles the encounters that use Imperial Soldiers as bodyguards.
Thank you for making this mod, Looks very nice. And I was wondering is it possible to make the signum longer & touch the ground, like the signum holded by the Roman signifer. (I think their arm would be pretty tired if they keeps holding it in the mid-air. :P)
I applaud the initiative! I will download and implement asap. However, a question comes natural: Which armor do the signifers use? (Hopefully, apart from the wolf hide helm, they are not special and are able to be overwritten?)

I hope you can add torch on it, so that we can march proudly day and night:)

In any case, respect.
Now there is!
