      Its from the mod "Animated ears", if it fucks your body texture or face you need to uncheck it in Racemenu.
      
      Steps : press " ; "
      type : "showracemenu"
      go to the body paint layers and use T key, disable animated animal ears.esp

   I'm still not done with the Xayah playthrough. I'll guess I'll have to use Familiar Faces to bring Xayah, LeBlanc (I just noticed that your uploaded the preset) and now Kai'Sa together in a single playthrough. Good job, as always!

   Her head becomes strange for me , when i apply the Preset , her cheeks becomes too big , maybe because of CITRUS Heads?

      I don't use Citrus heads if thats what u ask. U can always upload sculpt and add the tattoos and hair by yourself.
