Thanks for such nice comments, I'm glad you like my mod ;)
Instructions for those who downloaded version 1.0 This version had wrong texture folders. To fix it manually: go to your Skyrim folders: data\textures\actors\character\Margret\Margret and move Brows, Eyes and Hair folders to data\textures\actors\character\Margret. I have no idea how this could have happened. Sorry about that.
Just right after you get into Markarth, I used to close distance and put myself between Margret and Weylin, the assassin. When he unsheated his dagger, I would hit him hard. I used bow and arrow, crossbows and spells a few times, too. But actually we don't need to wait for him to attack.
I just discovered this a month ago. And it's a wonderful replacer. I haven't moved my texture folders but I believe I'm using 1.01. Anyway, this is how she turned out after I saved her from an impending doom. Is there anyway I can keep her from disappearing in game?
There are tutorials out there to convert NPCs/followers to Skyrim SE. Other than that it's a case of opening up TES5Edit and cloning the NPC_ record so that it is part of the margret.esp mod and not a simple override of the skyrim.esp (the original NPC_ record is deleted). Change facegen nif and textures to the new NPC_ form ID, add appropriate factions and a RELA record. I also had to copy in the Bijin skin textures and the SevenBase body and set up ARMA, ARMO and TXST records for them as (if I recall correctly) they aren't in the original esp...
Or I could (with MofD21's permission) load my follower version to the Skyrim SE nexus.
hais i want her replacer in SE !! did i comment to wrong section ? not matter you can see her feature face is immersive and showing effort in it. Thanks
If that's all you have in your game, she won't look anything like the images. She will also look different with other textures like Leyenda, Fair skin, or Mature Skin.
She doesn't need to look exactly like the images to be considered standalone, and unless you had the same graphical set up as the author, she still wouldn't look exactly like the images even if she came with standalone body meshes and textures. The mod uses custom assets (hair, eyes, brows) from other mods without the need of having said mods installed to work, aka, it's standalone. You didn't need to change anything in the description MofD21.

I always save her. Now I have even more reason to save her.
