   Thank you for this very nice and simple house. (-;
   It goes very well with Arthmoor's "Dawnstar" and "Plastered Farmhouses" by Kohdi.
   For Arthmoor's "Dawnstar" it needs a little improvement as there are 2 mistakes.
   A patch maybe. Last updated 2012 ?!
   It would be a pity about this mod.

   A very decent starter house! I've had the same problem with Bumbum though - when I exit the house with a follower, we clip into the porch. I'm looking forward to an update with the Navmesh outside the house fixed! So far with one follower inside the house, there hasn't been any navmesh problems indoors. Thank you!
   PS. May I also recommend you use TESVEdit to clean the file?

   My character, when out of the house together with the partners is in the textures of the porch. One of the partners, too, and get stuck there. The second comes out normal. Inside the house they do not always sit on the bench at the table. Sometimes they get up on top of her. The house is very beautiful. And he is very needed in this area. Please fix the errors with the partners. Play with the UFO.

   I can't find it or the khajiit tents, does my Skyrim have to be a certain version for this mod to work?

   Talking of lovelies, downloading right now and testing how my spouse reacts to it.
   
   Edit: Too bad :/ The "I-Own-this-house" marker isn't present so the AI doesn't even grasp its there.
   
   Spouse aside, a cozy little awesome house. Goes well for my fisherman

   Nice bare bones house. A good starter upper design for newbs to learn to use the CK Set. It has a that Man-ly style! With a double bed in case one of those lovelies in Dawnstar makes you take your word's about marriage seriously, A? :- D

    That's rather strange. You sure you are entering the correct house?
    It's the one right next to all the tents. I rechecked it and the door seemed to not be locked. This is rather strange.
