      That was just a nod to Oblivion. Cicero is not THE Adoring Fan, as he is Imperial, not Bosmer, and furthermore, he killed the Grand Champion in question, whereas the Hero of Kvatch does not die, instead becoming Sheogorath.

      He is Vanilla voiced but I am working on custom lines like by Azura by Azura.And If you drop 10.000 septims to dragon bridge I will do it Immediatly! :)

      Don't have 10k septims or is that 10 septims? can't tell if decimal or comma xD but I have about forty mammoth tusks will that suffice?
      
      Looking forward to the custom lines, the Adorable Fan (typo not typo) was one of my favorite Oblivion characters :D

      Yes mammoth tusks are well enough, meanwhile if you hv any skill about voice acting you can work on my mod but I will work on it.But my voice is not well enough for record I think but I will work on it.Thx for advise.
