   this is the mod I was looking for, I don't like the fact that friends and innocents die from vampire attacks in cities.

   Indeed Timing is Everything has more options, but I am not interested in any of them other than Dawnguard postponement. Also, I tried it and seems to interfere with the hired thugs event and it seems to interfere with the Orc seeking a "good death" the dialog option with the Orc would not function. So TIE adds a lot, but most of its features I am not interested in and it seems to muck up some in game events. The simplest solution is
   often the best solution and that's what this mod does. So to the mod author thanks.

      Then use it? And I don't like configuring everything every time I start a new game. Also it conflicts with other mods that change quests.

      It also looks like it doesn't require the SkyUI mod. For me, this is a huge bonus, as I prefer the original menus.

      You shouldn't have any dawnguard encounters if you didn't start main quest
