Yes I have 50 mods installed and use them without any conflicts.The 30 of them have esp and I can set the load order.. About load order you suggest..these mods(Vurt's flora and Lush grass) are only textures and meshes so no load order tweak possible.Can you make you mod with vanilla's land height? Also when I tried your mod it was almost my last in load order(the last two was Wars in Skyrim and War in Skyrim blood coins,they have to be at the end..)
I've just tested with WiS and I have not been able to replicate the error. Meanwhile, making a version of the mod set at vanilla's land height would leave the building floating. To sort that out I would then raise the land, but due to the tightness of the space the raised land would have sharp edges. Though I could still give it a go.
Have you tried loading Lakeside House last? It probably won't solve the problem, but it's still worth a try.

Did you change the terain's height level ? It seems that lowering ground to place the house messed up the surrounding grass.(I am using Lush grash+Vurt's flora mods).I tested twice without your mod and no problem with grass.
Indeed I did change the hieght of the land, now hopefully this may be solvable through changing the load order of these three mods by making my mod load after Lush Grass and Vurt's flora mod. I shall quickly test this out and get back to you.
EDIT: Just tried Lush Grass: no problems. (Nice mod too.)
EDIT2: Ok, I've got all three mods in and no errors. Do you have any other mods installed?

That forge and smelter in the basement are in short order going to set fire to the wooden beams and flooring above them. Should be relocated outside. And I agree about relocating the mannequins. Other than that, a nice house in a lovely location.

The containers should be fine, I have been using the mod myself and it's been fine. Plus others have not yet contacted me with problems.
I'm afraid I have not been able to add them, but by using this mod as well you can have female mannequins.
I hope you paid attention to the containers like chests etc for keeping the items safe and not reset their containing stuff.. ;-)
